I will work on that detailed program.I know that I sound crazy but yes if possible, a more detailed program is better and ofc in a different post. We should also put a goal for each.
Also, I saw you waking up 4.00 AM? For Real? To balance PE life with Work Life?
Yes! I did this when I had a good flow in my life (waking up early).
But later I got so tired, so I mostly did my sessions in the afternoon and the early night. Work is really energy draining. You do what ever you can, in order to get the gains.
