BEFORE I get out a Dutch Master let me put this out there. For me it was a sort of revelation, almost like "why hasn't anyone tried this" but it seems to be pretty cool. It is very, very basic but I really hope all you guys will give this a try.
In a flaccid grip your penis in the standard stretching grip (just below the head) and stretch downward. I did this laying in bed but you may find sitting or standing more productive. While starting your downward stretch take your other hand, using your 4 fingers in a stiff, intense manner, and in rhytHydromax with the stretch push the ligaments into the stretch (try to make this entire movement fluid and take about 30 seconds). Starting at the top of the pubic bone, where your ligs are first attached, while stretching downward, push the ligaments into the stretch while your work your fingers to the base of your penis.
This helper hand at the ligs intensifies the stretch 10 fold, it is almost like your are detaching the ligaments from the pubic bone (of course this is not happening) but the intensity is incredible.
You can also do this same technique in a left, right or behind the cheeks stretch.
I hope this is as intense for you as it was for me.
