I am newbie here in the forum could someone please explain to me how this exercise and
please i beg you to help me q starting now and I am already fascinated with this certain results and the exercises that I did not understand:
Behind The Cheeks to the Left: 30-seconds
Behind The Cheeks to the Center: 30-seconds
Behind The Cheeks to the Right: 30-seconds
 
Behind the cheeks is where you grab your penis from behind yourself, while standing and stretch it back through your legs and upwards on your back side. It is an incredible ligament stretch due to the extreme distance between the stretch and the point of intensity. There is video on this that will be going up soon.
