i have been having problems with getting a good grip while expressive stretching or stretching the internal penis out...
so i tried changing grip style

try
1. point you middle finger at your penis like you do it to someone
2. now put your penis on the middle finger
3. lock your penis with the middle finger...
4. the knuckles of the left and right finger beside the middle finger or 2nd and 4th finger should be above the penis
4. and pull

2 benefits i felt

1. internal penis being stretched out
2. if you pull penis upwards then it also does the work of DLD blasters

PLEASE TRY AND SEE THE DIFFERENCE

Tried this and it felt good. One question are you going low on the grip or high? I went low since you mentioned expressive stretching.

by low if you mean grip at base then yes i try to get as near the base of penis as possible like expressive stretching.
also try semi erect also around 30-40%,.....you will feel greater pressure .....
