need some PE help!

Hey every one im new here.
i would love some help with Penis Enlargement.
i have read through some threads but sadly have no idea what people mean with the terms ie kegals etc
im 18 and would love to improve my penis size.

so if any one could link me some newbie videos, threads or help explain/show/any thing to help. It would be much appreciated
