So a friend recommended I try this over the counter pill you can get at sex shops called a Kangaroo. The thing lasts 3 days and since I've taken it, my erections look like when I was 18. I honestly forgot just how big my dick really is lol. The ingredients in them are: "l-lysine, ginseng, ginko balboa, leaf extract, l-arganine, green tea, Chinese aweto, tian shan xue lian, icalrin, snow lotus flower". I've heard of everything up until Chinese aweto. Also not sure what "leaf extract" was supposed to be. Is anyone familiar with any of these supplements? I'm assuming they're all safe to take regularly. I'd really like to make my own blend like this that I could have on hand at all times (besides the sex they make for great girth workouts since they give me erections for no reason). They're like $10 a pop, so they're not exactly cheap if you wanted to use them regularly. It'd be awesome to have my own penile health formula at home that I could have a stock of.

From what you have written, I believe the erection is super. Hopefully we can get more comment on this one.

There is very little control of what actually goes into supplements like this. Often there are illegal drugs mixed in and you'd never know. However there are good things on that list. I dont recognize all the chinese stuff but those I do recognize should all be good for your overall energy which is what leads to good erections. Maybe someone else knows more :)

As kak03 said! Very often the written ingredients might be there, but the amount of them? Is that listed? Very many Chinese herbal pills have been found to be mostly Sildenafil or Tadalafil based, laced with something.

There are very strong herbs and such out there though. 10 dollars a pop though is just plain crazy. If there's a Chinese herbalist of somesort nearby, I'd possibly consult them.
Cialis/Tadalafil is expensive though by itself, still ... I don't know when the price of it could come down, Sildenafil on the other hand is often less than a dollar per dose. But that doesn't last 3 days, so considering the package states three days, it's quite likely Cialis-based.

Maybe its time I make myself a supplement stack with some more PE beneficial ingredients :) Would be fun to play around with.

Of course the amounts of each ingredient aren't going to be written or else there'd be nothing stopping anyone from copying it exactly lol. The erections they gave me weren't like I had taken viagra. I wasn't just sitting with a throbbing boner for 8 hours without any reason lol. It was just super easy to get 100% erect for a couple days. It also about doubles how long you can stroke for. I plan on looking into each individual ingredient and seeing what they're reported as doing.

TITAN pills cover everything all other pills cover at a fraction of the cost. Buy in bulk and I can give a special price. You can go out and buy all the ingredients but that can be very expensive, everything you need is in Titans.

With TITANS I don't need to take Viagra for girth work anymore?

I suspect that with Titan pills the need for Viagra would subside greatly. At least when given some time, usually supplements do take a while before their effects can be truly be witnessed. Depends on the matter of diet and well-being prior to supplementation.

I haven't tried Titan myself, but I have experimented with several supplements so far. L-Citrulline would be one that I'd take instead of L-Arginine in the Kangaroo pill. L-Citrulline surely made it easier to have a rock hard boner. I might consider getting more of it, some supplements I do run a long course but some I just let go. It's partially my mindset and trying to balance it. Certain supplements have been wonderful and I do have them on a day to day basis. I do cycle a lot of my supplements though, there are some that have to be cycled to gain most of them.

What MG of L-citrulline are you taking? I have been taking 1000mg of l-arginine for a while and think I need to be taking more

Ever heard of Swanson AjiPure L-Arginine with L-Citrulline? I saw this stuff online

L-Citrulline will "dissolve" to L-Arginine, so 1000mg of L-Arginine might metabolism very fast. I saw better results with 1000mg of L-Citrulline than 1000mg or more of L-Arginine. I bought the L-Citrulline as powder form, mix it into a smoothie or get a capsule maker to save money. I bought a capsule maker for certain supplements which are more readily available as powder form to make it easier to keep the dosing consistent. And certain herbs and supplements just taste awful; with the capsule maker you can take the dose without terrible taste.
From what I recall reading about L-Arginine, the effective dosing was around 3000-5000 mg per day, but I suggest to research it. It's always easier to up the dose than to come down from an overdose!

Swanson I know as a brand, but the named product doesn't ring a bell. I just had Now Foods L-Citrulline and it did the trick. You can combine L-Arginine and L-Citrulline, but I don't really see the point in that, just a personal opinion.
As said, from what I've read L-Arginine will metabolism a lot faster; L-Citrulline on the other hand will progress to L-Arginine within time. From what I've read and recall, I'm always open to be corrected ...

I will have to do it your way since you have used both of them. I have taken L-Arginine in the past before but only for few days. Viagra is expensive in my country so I'm looking for something that is safe and cheaper. I will have to find out about the prices of these stuff. Thanks for the suggestions.

L-Citrulline has worked better for few others as well. The price of it might be a bit higher than L-Arginine, but then again you'd need less of L-Citrulline than L-Arginine, so that balances the price.
It's too bad Viagra or Sildenafil is expensive; over here it's just pennies for a pill basically. Not to rub salt on wounds, but it should be inexpensive all around the world, but there are big corporations etc., that want their accounts overflowing.
Overall L-Citrulline is more on the safer side than Sildenafil though, less possible side effects for example. But the dosing of course is trickier with L-Citrulline, especially in powder form. But it's possible to find a good ratio and it is somewhat more natural on your chemistry. Or so I think, here I could be way-off from truth.

Anyway, best of success finding a good source of L-Citrulline and discovering the correct dosing for you! As said, bring it up, not down, a relatively safe dose is in 500-1000mg, but 2000-3000 might be fine. It's always about the build of your body and several other factors. (Just like 25mg of Sildenafil might be enough for one skinnier guy, but a bigger guy might need 50-100mg.)

And one more thing, many supplements do take a while to kick in to full gear, sometimes the effect might be very gradual and perhaps easy to miss, until you quit cold turkey. I suggest giving many supplements a 1-3 month period of usage. Some herbs and supplements do work fast, but others take a while to fix things inside of you.

I have a question you may be able to answer. I have been dieting and have lost some weight. What I am seeing now is my abs quite clearly but there seems to be fat under them...Is this possible?

That's a tough question! I'm very newbie when it comes to dieting and overall fitness, I myself have a gut and not very visible abs.
I can't recall from any graphs that how the muscles are surrounded. I don't see why your situation would be abnormal, as our bodies do have fat around internal organs to some extent. Or even inside, our hearts and blood vessels can get clogged up.

One idea could be that it is water, but really, my knowledge isn't so great about this topic unfortunately. I'm humbled that you asked anyhow! :)
I hope your dieting goes well, I need to step up my game, I took the Ring of Power out of my cabin, it does help with "sculpting" your body.

Is it possible to buy L-Citrulline in form of tablets/capsules instead of the powdered one?

Of course! I just prefer powdered most of the time, the price is usually better with the powdered forms. I did have L-Arginine in capsule form and surely L-Citrulline is available that way as well.
One thing to consider is to buying your own capsule maker. I have a small manual tool, I can put 24 capsules in it at a time. I does take some time, but it surely is faster than filling one by one.
A capsule maker in probably 20-50 USD purchase, the capsules usually come in 500-1000 count bags that cost between 5-20 USD. Depends if you want vegan, kosher etc..
Some supplements mainly come in powder form and I can't stand the taste, so that's why I invested in a capsule maker.

My main vendor for supplements is iHerb, although nowadays I've been getting stuff from my nearby stores as well. Some things are readily available, others I have to order abroad.
