I have been on phase 2 since 9/30/04. I didn't get any gains in the last month at all. However, I did manage to make my hands and fingers hurt like crazy while doing a-stretches. It almost feels like I have arthritis or something. What I am wondering is if there is a stretching device that takes the pressure off of your hands so they don't hurt like that. I can do jelqs just fine but the stretches are killing my joints in my fingers. I had read something about DLD's Power Assist but I could never get the pics to work on the thread he posted. If this is the way to go please let me know. I need a stretching device that is very versatile. Please offer suggestions. I just can't keep going like this with my hands hurting the way they are.

a good suggestion i heard was to buy a hanger(like the bib) put it on w/o the weight, and then just pull the lil contraption thats on ur penis instead of putting weights on it, so you dont really have to grip anything because that thing is gripping ur penis for you.

Or try using some plastic gloves when stretching...

hope that helps

Do you have a captains wench? Put that on and then pull.

Do they really help that much? My main concern is squeezing so hard to keep a good grip. That is what makes my fingers and hands hurt. These are all good ideas. Thanks guys.

yea, then gloves. because it makes the grip alot better then you dont have to grip as hard

Huh Gloves? I never thought of that. Well I for one am VERY interested in the Power Assist. I Cant wait until it goes on the market!!!

my hands hurt also when doing ulis and horses, maybe because part of the problem being that I've broken both of my thumbs before..just a thought, do you have arthritus?

Maybe I do but I damn sure hope not. I'm fixing to be 22 so if I do have arthritis it'll be really bad in the future i'm sure. I also pop my fingers a lot so maybe that is contributing to the pain.

I've also been suffering from sore hands. Actually tight is a better description. It's weird.

Your best bet may be a bib hanger used as an attachment as mentioned earlier. The Power Assist is awesome, as I'm one of the lucky ones to have one, but I don't think it's going to help your grip problems. You can use it for added leverage in something like an A Stretch, but you could do that with any piece of wood or like material. Other than the Bib, we're just talking about grip improvers, but the Bib woudl actually do the gripping, I believe. I don't have one yet, but intend to get one myself.
