I have been here basically all day i just took a two hours break i have been here all day and i would like to stay maybe two or three hours more, i have been reading a lot, DLD is basically the one i look up to, hes almost foretelling and understanding most of the stuff i post, hes always giving me good advice but sometimes i just dont have the will and the power to practice i just dont have the energy, im mentally wasted,
The bad thing about this situation is that everyday that passes me by whitout exercising is a wasted day, i feel as if i were running out of time, actually i am running out of time, and gains will not show unless i exercise, changing habits can be the key,can make the difference between going down and fucking my life up, or make real powerful tangible changes.I have like a ton of shit against me,and i have been dealing whit that bull for quite a while now, but what can i do i have to face it and see how to destroy those terrible demons that i have to remove from my life permanently, PE is a great thing that wakes me up i wish i had my own place, my own PE ¨gym¨ that would be amazing but i have to prepare myself for that and have to work hard to achieve that goal.well it was a good day readin the forums and posting stuff.;)
 
You can still do PE living with other people, just be discreet
Also you don't really need will power for hanging or pumping you just stick it on and boom you're doing PE
 
PE is great, what can i say i love it, sometimes i just need my own place maybe in the future, would be amazing to have a place and bring People friends people that i think they need gains and show them that is quite possible to enlarge their penises!!
 
If what you experience lack of motivation then all gets down to building a habit. Set your alarm clock to wake you up 30mins later and do 30 mins of PE, put a stopwatch to run for 30mins and do your Pe, start slowly with the newbie routine and I guarantee you that in a couple of weeks you'll get hooked for life with this.

Thanks blue i have been exercising for years i joind to this forum july 2009 but i had been exercising already, one maybe 1.5 years before i joined here its a great place to learn to share and yeah i feel honesty here. I prcticed the newbie routine for 6 months maybe maybe less but i skipped some exercises maybe i should try the SRT i m almost sure that if i follow it i would get really unbelievable gains even if i only practice the manual exercises i cant afford the devices at least for now.
 
I would recommend to save up some money and get a SG extender, that will work on it's own without needing any motivation or kloledge from your part but you can do a lot of great streching with your own hands and using some props like a vacum cleaner PVC pipe and a sock... search around the forum.

I agree with Blue, the SizeGenetics would be ideal for you since you are having issues with time and privacy. Other than that you can work into your day many small pockets of time that you can get training in. It would have to be according to your situation but with some creativity and maybe a bit of sacrifice you can find these pockets to get work in. Even if it is short 5 minute session throughout the day it will add up. Getting your own place is ideal but when you can't have this, other, creative methods need to be employed.

Try to change your mindset. Time waits for no one. You can still make the gains you seek. It is not too late.

We all have demons in our mind, but you can make them go more quiet by not listening to them. It's a simplification, I know it can be hard, but it's possible. To remove bad energy and bad people from our life is the best thing we can do for ourselves.

From there everything can be better. No more people making you feel bad because you are who you are. Be proud of yourself, and you start to love yourself.
 
Not a simplification. We are constantly being bombarded by the devil with terrible thoughts and temptation. The only way out is putting your life in God's hands for strength 💪 when tempted change your mind and cleave to something positive ✨️
