So it's actually the side walls of the cylinder that is gripping the penis and allowing it to hold the weight (moreso than the sheath)? If that's the case I'm wondering how my 5" erect girth is going to fit tight enough in a cylinder (to hold a lot of weight) if that cylinder has to be able to accomodate 6" girth guys as well?

Yeah, but you weren't hanging with THIS product (you're now selling) when you were 5" erect girth were you? I didn't think you started to use vacuum hangers until after the surgery (i.e. after you were at 6.25" girth)?

The entire penis does not have to be "packed" to create a grip, often my glans aren't to the wall. The 5-6" cylinder is 1.5" diameter, meaning x 3.14(pi) is 4.71+" circumference.

I purchased it a few weeks to prepare for surgery. They reccommend pumping, as well as weight training pre-surgery.
