I remember the LOT Theory being a big deal when it first came out. Was it ever proven or disproven? I've been pulling hard at my LOT angle lately and it's been providing an awesome stretch. Usually I focus on pulling down.

Just my thought, the LOT theory is very discouraging. I don't encourage newbie to read that but I would direct them to read the SRT theory. Most importantly is believe that gains will come.

Yeah I've been messing with PE off and on for about 8 years so I'm no newbie, and I'm very well acquainted with the SRT theory.

LOT theory is just that theory and it can cause discouragement in training. When LOT was being brought forth I was one of the people who supposedly could not gain anything more from downward stretching. I ignored LOT and continued with downward and behind the cheeks stretching and gained another 2" in length. So I think it best to hit all positions and angles when stretching just in case!

Yeah, I definitely make sure to get all angles. Don't want a dick that's uneven lol.

And the thing to remember wit LOT is using the Behind the Cheeks stretching position log length makes no difference, you will eventually hit the ligs as you stretch further up the back, making log gain unlimited.

One more reason for me to keep up with my lazy ass stretches like I've been doing
