Longer Term Bundled Stretches With X4/Sizegenetics

Hey, Danger back from the grave. Been working on a couple of different ideas!

Here is one of them:

Recently I was able to get an absolutely amazing feeling one-half turn hands-free Bundled stretch by using the noose strap on an X4/Size Genetics style device.

I had it on the absolute minimum setting (for safety) and did a half-turn each side - 30 minutes each side.
I ended up doing three sets for a total of an hour and thirty minutes of hands-free Bundled stretching each side (3 hours total).

Some notes:
-The noose strap design is fairly abrasive in this context. Some hydrocortisone cream would likely help here.

- Thirty minutes each side seems to be a good baseline - was able to find some weaknesses on one side which felt more pressure...even for more experienced Bundlers, this is a longer stretch so 30 minutes, and go from there seems good

-The minimum setting was too safe - my penis, without touching it, naturally gained more blood-flow because of the stretch...hit very solid "chub" levels. This will change for growers and showers, but as a rule, I think the baseline "max flaccid stretch" would be ideal here.

-I don't have any hard data to support the effectiveness in terms of gains - however, I feel that because we already know that bundled stretches are effective the important question is is this safe not is this effective...and so far I think it compellingly is, especially with the guidelines I've laid out.

-Size Doctor - the Size Doctor with its comfy vacuum seal would be absolutely perfect for this. I do not own one, however - is this possible with the mechanics of the Size Doctor? From my observations of videos, it seems possible - all that is required is a half turn from the normal resting position, and placing it back on the rods - but I'm not 100% certain. This might be a very powerful tool for the SRT routine as well!

The sizedoctor would be a very wise choice in this and you can bundle using it. I think that once you have one in your hands you’ll be able to realize many other wonderful caveats about the sizedoctor. I highly recommend you follow the SRT routine as far is gaining and healing methodology is concerned, many very important points to read. Thank for your response! Good to know the Size Doctor works for this. Definitely looking at the full bundle for SRT training when I'm done traveling, so looking forward to that.

I've been going over the SRT routine, and even made exercise charts I can print off! I don't have all the equipment (I'll have to post my variation at some point) but I've already been seeing significant temporary gains and Positive Indicators!

SRT can become a very fun project was a lot of data to keep track of. I’m glad you’re taking this seriously and I think you’ll be very happy with your gains over time.
 
@DLD I've been doing portions large portions of week one SRT just to get my brain wrapped around the routine. Still traveling, but I purchased some cock-rings and that's been a really fun way to retain girth. The girl that I'm seeing seems to really enjoy some of the temporary gains as well, and I've been able to last wayyyyy longer which is a relief - I thought I'd kinda lost my touch there for a while, and I turns out it was just because I'd been slacking on my exercises.


Anyway, as I said I wanted to make a type of exercise chart - really more of a quick reference guide - for SRT.

One thing I'm having trouble with is understanding which version of the SRT on the page is up to date.

I've done a basic version for the first page, but I noticed page five is a bit different.

Page one refers to the Silistretcher but page five, which is very boiled down, lists week one and week two with very similar exercises but references Jim's wraps...which I believe has been made obsolete by the Silistretcher?

My plan was to continue through the entire thread and continue simplifying and cataloging each week and set of exercises in the quick-reference sheet but I figure I'd ask - before I spend all the time cataloging the wrong things!

They are actually separate SRT workouts depending on what equipment you have. So if you have the SiliStretcher you want to pick one of the two SiliStretcher workouts. I think it’s a great idea for you to go through and personalize it for yourself if you need any help and that I will be glad to assist.
