Longer fingers/bigger hands

Is it possible to lengthen the fingers? I know theoretically bone lengthening can only be done with surgery like cutting the bone inserting a rod that gradually seperates the two pieces of bone (limb lengthening). I was just curious to know, ive always had small hands, along with small feet and my infantile dick (which is growing as we speak). Anyway was just curious to know if anyone knew about it.

I had no idea this could be done...nor would I advise it. I mean, hands are hands. You can have small hands so what, alot of guys have small hands (I have small hands). As long as you can Penis Enlargement with them then thats good. Sorry I cant answer you question just putting my opinion.

i wish my fingers would be longer, it is difficult to use olympic bars at the gym because it is hard to grip them.

Get gloves.. other than that you are just asking for arthritus at least. Trust me, I have arthritus while im doing my sessions at time.. fucking sucks. Keep in mind im only 18. Be happy with what you have when it comes to these parts. Penis on the other hand..

Although its not worth it, I know people who have taken steroids who say thier hands have become larger, among other things such as facial features and thier head. Not an intended use of steroids, just a side-effect. I would do a serach on yahoo for it. I have also heard taking hgh may increase your hand size. Who knows, maybe there are stretches you can do. An interesting post no the less.

Yes to a degree,ive had to have my wedding ring resized 3 times,my fingers are fatter but not longer,face does look bigger but that is more to do with weight gain/water retention.

hgh if used in high enough dosages and for long periods can cause hands feet nose forehead to grow.

No they are a rip off.

Real hgh is expensive,in the u.k a 12 week cycle would set you back £900-£1200 depending on the source.

You can definatly make your hands and wrists thicker. I always notice peoples hands and admire strong muscular hands. The most muscular hands I see are on people who have done years of hard labour (roughnecks, welders, masons, farmers, loggers).

I have a set of books on hand strength. I also have the Captains of Crush handgrippers. These grippers will help make your hands thicker. There are 4 grippers in the set, 1 is easiest and 4 is hardest). In 5 years I have never seen anyone close the number 2. Only about 3 outta 10 can close the number one. There's a guy in the books who closed the number 4 and he say's his hands have gotten so thick now that he has to cut open the topside of his workgloves so he can get his hand in.

They are awesome. Insanely tough, I've taken the number 2 into gym's and let powerlifters and bodybuilders try it. So far nobody's even came close. Most powerlifters couldn't close the number 1. I've got close on the number 2 but never closed it.

If you can certifiably close the number 3, you get your name registered on ironminds.com as a Captain of Crush.
