id like people to list what things their taking to increase/help the process of their pe jounrey
 
Gingko! Gives awesome erections by improving blood flow as well as improving memory
 
My curent EQ Stack consists of:
1000mg L-Arginine
1250mg Tribulus Terestris
950mg Red Ginseng
400mg Gingko Biloba

Every 2 months I switch to this other one to avoid bulding tolerante to the compounds

1000mg L-Arginine
1000mg Horny Goat Weed
500mg Macca or Muira Puama
1000mg Grape Seed Extract

I got to with theese formulas after testing a lot of herbs over a period of one year, I used to have very bad EQ during my girth workouts and theese realy helped me out. I run L-Arginine all year round and try to have one more blood flow promoter in my the stack such as Gingko or Grape Seed and 2 powerfull aphodisiacs such as Horny Goat Weed or Tribulus

The best advice i can give you is to be very skeptical about Erection improvement herbs and test out on your own to see what your body responds best to.

Here are a few more that I tested out and got good results and I recommend that you test these out as well as in some cases they may work better then the ones I mentioned above.

Aphrodisiacs:
Yohimbe
Tongkat Ali
Catuaba Bark

Improved blood flow:
L-Citruline
Ginger extract
Green Tea extract
Garlic extract(caps or drops)

Also you want to have a lot of healthy fats in your daily diet as theese promote testosterone production, I eat a lot of nuts or peanut/almond butter and I feel that they really help with my sex drive and overall mood.

If you only want to go with a few compounds as posible I would say Arginine+Tribulus(1000mg of each) is a powerful combination that will give you a good run for the buck and it's very cheap as well.

I'm not too fond of the idea that the pill/powder form of any food is better than the real thing. Then again I know some things work only if refined like cocaine or other extracts. If I was selling something of high purity I definitely wouldn't hold back on pricing. But I'm far from an economist so id need to research in order to make the call on what I should be consuming. I'd rather play it safe with real wholesome meats and vegetables.

The TITAN supplement has pretty much everything you would need for supplementing your PE. Other things that are important is a heathy diet, one that brings you to your ideal weight as this will expose more natural penis.
 
what are the side effects like lets say i take it for one month will the next one i find myself have ed?

Drop the arginine and switch to agmatine, much better form

Not at all but they will supplement you to have better more frequent erections and a heavier hang. When you are taking them you should be training, just like you would in the gym. After you have reached your goals in size, erection quality and so on you can stop supplementing yourself for those things. Some supplements you will want to take for life like multi-vitamins but PE Pills only need to be used when you are training.
 
ok sweet , thankyou its just i rmeber once taking a test booster and that gave me ed , ill probly buy this sometime next month and try it out
 
Don't really take much myself. I'm almost a complete vegetarian with lots of fish.
 
i tried going mediterreanaen it was very hard for me , i just try to eat as healthy as i can , though it hurts me to see them torutre animals they feel pain just like us :/

I love tilapia. I was so sick of chicken breast for lean protein. Talapia is my new go to. Love fresh rare tuna steaks alao
 
i just bought l citrunine and it smells like sperm like a potent sperm smell hahaha

so now i can use m cayenne pepper extract to enhance the effects of the l citurnine and insure all the nutrinets get to my penis yay:D
 
Hmmm basically anything that raises up Testosterone levels and improves vascularity might do it I think....
 
I've taken vigrx plus off and on for years and I love it. It's expensive but it has most of the ingredients that have been mentioned already so you don't have to buy a bunch of different things unless you just want to make your own. I take it for when I'm working out and for sex. Food is very important as well. Lots of fish, eggs, turkey, broccoli, kale, nuts, avocado... I still eat bad shit way too often but I'm working on eating cleaner.
