So, I'm in the habbit of making my own lotions. My current mix has:

Cocoa Butter (the base)
Microprogesterone Creme
Aveeno Daily Moisture
Vitamin E
Vitamin C
L-Arginine
Soy Lecithin
Ginseng
Ginko Biloba
Olive Oil
A leaf from my Aloe plant

I'm thinking of adding L-Carnitine to it on the next mix. Any suggestions from the crew? Any warnings for what I currrently have?

I read that overdosing on L-Arginine can cause your skin to grow thick and tough, but I also read that L-Arginine has a slight skin-softening effect (this might be a special type, though, meant to be topical).

This is an entire body lotion, meaning it goes on my genitals and pretty much everywhere from the neck down except my face.

That sounds awesome - most of those things are well documented to have effects that could potentially increase gains.
My question is, where are you sourcing all this stuff? And in what form? It would be damned expensive to order it from standard retailers in my experience...
Oh and how do you ensure a evenly distributed mix?

My L-arginine comes in pill form, that I crush up, though I suppose I can get all of this in powder form to make it easier. There would probably be fillers in the powder, though.

The distribution isn't even, really. I make small batches of the lotion, though, so not too much of anything goes into it. For instance, there's about 10 L-Arginine pills crushed into it right now, and it lasts me a good month or 2 weeks or so depending on the atmosphere. Taking L-Arginine Orally, it never lasts me that long (as I normally would ingest 3-5 grams [3-5 pills]) daily. So it's not as expensive as it sounds.

The problem lies within the container. It rots when in a clear container, so I need to keep it in a light-blocking one.

I'm also thinking of adding green tea. :x Maybe lemon or Almond oil for a more profound scent.

I would recommend taking the L-Arginine orally. Here is a great and reasonable source of Arginine.

Arginine increases the levels of NO2 in the blood. NO2 will increase blood flow. Of course increased blood flow in general means more blood will be going to your dick therefore you will have harder stronger erections. Trust me this stuff works. Cayenne pepper, and oregano oil also increase blood flow.

I would STRONGLY warn against taking any type of progesterone/testosterone cream. This is a form of hormone replacement therapy and is not a good idea. Hormones are very powerful chemicals and are only used by the body in relatively small amounts. The vast quantities of hormones in these creams whether it be estrogen, testosterone, or progesterone are way too much for the body to handle and get hormone levels all out of balance. A good way to balance your hormones naturally is through a correct diet and homeopathy. Dr. Theresa Dale has some good products. A lot of her stuff is geared towards women but there is some stuff there for men too. She has a homeopathic remedy which gets the body producing testosterone at proper levels all by itself. Its called Testos (for men).

You can take the Cayenne in capsules if the spice bothers you. Spices take a while getting used to but they are great for health. If it increases blood flow then guess what its going to do to your dick?

I'm no chemist... so I don't try to make stuff like this at home. I just buy a creme called Man1 Man Oil once every few months and use it once a day. It is basically a multivitamin creme made just for the penis that improves its function, skin texture, hygiene and more. It contains arginine and lots of other good stuff. Google it and check it out. Cheers.

I like the mix I'm going to look into a few of those and the properties they have. Thanks for posting!
