my body has been quite sore but it's healing pretty well i would say thanks to my diet, i really only eat a snack and then a full meal both around dinner time, no breakfast or lunch, it's kept me lean and clean, and pretty decent on recovery I think
but to keep it short tonight, the only guys that were truly active this week almost daily purely based on logs is Mike and I, but also I have to mention Rocky & Big Schwanz Acht on the posting side and being the coach and assistant coach of this whole contest
honorable mention would be NS92, especially with his new reality tv show "the Kegel", but still I only vote for someone if they meet my criteria, which is (1)consistency & frequency (2) individual routine, what can I learn from them and is there a variety of elements and (3) posting and motivation
with that said Mike gets my vote, u have been extremely consistent, have been responding to others, and I especially like the high frequency of ACE wraps after different stretches throughout the day, which I've never seen before and something I may incorporate
Keep it up man. Sounds like your hitting it hard in the gym. I went through wanting to do a muscle up, then my shoulder messed up lol. I still workout 5 days a week just a different style.
Thanks brother I've been trying to stay consistent and keep my routine. I really want these gains as I want gains in the gym. So I try to match to intensity and let the two fuel each other.
