I guess I get mine in for next week. I've been doing this on and off for the past week. I briefly spoke with a member on another forum and he had written how-to's for exercises known as The Ultimate Jelq and The Ultimate V Jelq.

There's a few subtle differences between the Jelq and the Ultimate Jelq. The user's name was rbi99 on PEgym (that should make it easy to Google, for those interested). V jelqs felt useless till I tried the Ultimate V jelqs. Gotta say, really nice pump at the end of my session.


My routine this week:

1. Warm up

Heated Rice Sock for five minutes

Bundled stretches for 2:30 minutes each hand.

2. Length

I do DLD's length blaster routine

I use a piece of cloth or a clean sock for a better grip, right below the glans.

While lying or reclined I stretch straight above my navel as hard as can without pain for 100 quick kegels.

Then I hold an A Stretch for 50 reps (1 rep = 5 second Kegel + 5 second reverse kegel)

3. Girth

I balloon/ edge till I am 100 percent erect to start.

30 second Uli transitioning to compressing squeeze at the 15 second mark.

I then do the Ultimate Jelq for 50 reps (1 rep= both hands)

I then do 40 reps of the Ultimate V Jelq (20 with each hand)

I repeat this till I have done all at least 3 times.

I end the girth session with a 30 second Uli and then put a cock ring on for an hour.

4. Warm down in the shower


This routine has been kicking my ass. I'll have to ease into using the Bathmate again as I am pretty fatigued at the end.

4 good brothers, 4 great routines as well. I've taken notes from each of the 3 and have been trying to incorporate into my routine.

ok well i aggravated my ring burns yesterday from the stretches so I focused on kegel today

10mins stroke/massage warmup
5mins erect clock bends
5mins erect bends
162 manual clamped erect kegel holds(9-12 secs each)
81 manual clamped erect reverse kegel holds(9-12 secs each)
5mins erect bends(in all directions)

I also vote for k18, he has been dealing with and injury and he pushes through. He also does 2 hours of physical training per day which shows his commitment to his overall health (not to mention those nbpel gains!).
 
wow thank u guys, means a lot to me as I'm getting deeper into PE and also physical training(working on handstand push ups now and hopefully muscle-ups soon along with a lot of cardio, hiit, bit of yoga, etc)

my body has been quite sore but it's healing pretty well i would say thanks to my diet, i really only eat a snack and then a full meal both around dinner time, no breakfast or lunch, it's kept me lean and clean, and pretty decent on recovery I think

but to keep it short tonight, the only guys that were truly active this week almost daily purely based on logs is Mike and I, but also I have to mention Rocky & Big Schwanz Acht on the posting side and being the coach and assistant coach of this whole contest

honorable mention would be NS92, especially with his new reality tv show "the Kegel", but still I only vote for someone if they meet my criteria, which is (1)consistency & frequency (2) individual routine, what can I learn from them and is there a variety of elements and (3) posting and motivation

with that said Mike gets my vote, u have been extremely consistent, have been responding to others, and I especially like the high frequency of ACE wraps after different stretches throughout the day, which I've never seen before and something I may incorporate
