I guess I get mine in for next week. I've been doing this on and off for the past week. I briefly spoke with a member on another forum and he had written how-to's for exercises known as The Ultimate Jelq and The Ultimate V Jelq.
There's a few subtle differences between the Jelq and the Ultimate Jelq. The user's name was rbi99 on PEgym (that should make it easy to Google, for those interested). V jelqs felt useless till I tried the Ultimate V jelqs. Gotta say, really nice pump at the end of my session.
My routine this week:
1. Warm up
Heated Rice Sock for five minutes
Bundled stretches for 2:30 minutes each hand.
2. Length
I do DLD's length blaster routine
I use a piece of cloth or a clean sock for a better grip, right below the glans.
While lying or reclined I stretch straight above my navel as hard as can without pain for 100 quick kegels.
Then I hold an A Stretch for 50 reps (1 rep = 5 second Kegel + 5 second reverse kegel)
3. Girth
I balloon/ edge till I am 100 percent erect to start.
30 second Uli transitioning to compressing squeeze at the 15 second mark.
I then do the Ultimate Jelq for 50 reps (1 rep= both hands)
I then do 40 reps of the Ultimate V Jelq (20 with each hand)
I repeat this till I have done all at least 3 times.
I end the girth session with a 30 second Uli and then put a cock ring on for an hour.
4. Warm down in the shower
This routine has been kicking my ass. I'll have to ease into using the
Bathmate again as I am pretty fatigued at the end.
