just started clamping with 1 cable clamp. I posted few pics so I see if I get any results. other pic is my dick with clamp on it and other is next to red bull can.

now I'm doin just 10 min sets, 2 or 3 times in a day. How should I proceed from this to get nice results?

I'd keep it like that for a few weeks and once your more conditioned make it more advanced
 
Looking huge! Ease into clamping as it is very advanced and an overzealous approach may bring injury.

Have you looked through (in detail) the sticky thread how to with vids and pics I posted? It helps most men, even the slow kids :)
