I see thumb in 4.jpg.

Then we get to 5.jpg in which there is a figure-8 in the ten inch loop and we're gripping both p and over loop.

Then we could twist with either the other wrist or...ten inch stick? I think the twist from other arm or stick is just for tightening grip, not stretch, right?

Where does stretching force come from if not from adding weight? Leverage? I was using ankle for leverage or fulcrum, before the strap idea.

If we get a better grip this way, we can add stretching force different ways. Hang from pullup bar, or weight, or put foot in loop and extend leg. Just getting a better grip is opening another dimension of stretch force.
