Hey MOS! has the forum been down for a few days? I tried to come on but it wouldn't let me until just today? Anyway I was bored and looking through an old forum page where a guy claimed to gain 2" in length in 2 months, I think everyone could smell the BullS***. But DLD commented "My Theory on Gains: Stretch the shit out of your dick until it is as long as you want, do this 24 hours a day if you have the time...I KNOW there is no way to overtrain."

Is this really true DLD?? I really hope so, cause I LOVE Penis Enlargement and actually hate when sessions end, but while MOS was down or my pc was broken - I was looking up Penis Enlargement on google and found Penis Enlargementgym.com and they really LOVE the expression "Less is more" which I REALLY hate and don't agree with, When I posted my kind routine of 4-6 hours of extender and some manual work they said it was over training and I was gonna "BREAK MY Penis EnlargementNIS"??

But DLD can we really train for length as much as we want? Obviously stop if we feel sharp pain but apart from that is there a sort of point to stop because I would stretch 24/7 if i had the time.

Also is there a point where you can't grow anymore? Like I want to get about 3.8-4 inches in length but am i limited to so much?

I believe there is a limiting factor. You can only stretch the ligs so far. Depending on how high your exit is will determine how much you can gain from ligs. I feel that the first half inch to inch is likely to be gains from kagles. The next half to inch is likely to be from lig gains. Of course this is all depending on the type of exercise.
 
To get my fix of pe info, I too looked at other sites. I was shocked at the poor level of community, the way the moderators would bust balls over someone's spelling or grammar, the less is more and low intensity work outs. Thank goodness MOS is back.

As for limits on work outs - I generally try to do as much as I can but If I start noticing a decrease in BPenis EnlargementL or EQ from length work, then I know I need to cut back.
 
my take:
off days happen from time to time when life imposes them (about once a month).
If you preplan 5on2off, you will end up with 4on3off in most cases...
 
I think the only true limit to gains is our mind, like most things. Think positive, have an open mind and train with dedication with passion and you'll gain.
