I've been doing 2 sets of the basic stretches (in the DLD newbie routine) 6 days on 1 day off without fail for 2 months. I know its a bit late, but I was kinda concerned if its too much? Although I remember DLD saying 24 hours is more than enough rest time for the penis.

I haven't experienced any pain or discomfort so I kept at it. Also I'm 19. I'm young and recover fast.

Thoughts?

Try 3 on 1 off or 5 on 2 off

Length has no limits of time, some of the men here are stretching for up to 15 hours a day, some trying to conquer the 24 hour stretching dream. The place that does need rest is girth and I like to rest 24 hours between each girth routine unless I am doing something special like two routines daily, but even with this there is a 24 hour period before I start again. The more time you put into length the faster you will grow longer so don't worry too much about overdoing length work.
 
To be honest, if anything I would say you aren't doing enough. Have you measured yourself yet? If so, what have your gains looked like?

Length is all about two things: the amount of forced applied and how long the penis is being stretched for (how long meaning how much time).
 
Makes sense length not needing rest,you learn something new everyday
