I've been doing 2 sets of the basic stretches (in the DLD newbie routine) 6 days on 1 day off without fail for 2 months. I know its a bit late, but I was kinda concerned if its too much? Although I remember DLD saying 24 hours is more than enough rest time for the penis.
I haven't experienced any pain or discomfort so I kept at it. Also I'm 19. I'm young and recover fast.
