I think he meant to say 16", but the point remains the same. I wouldn't doubt that if you could hang all day long for years and years, that you would eventually reach 16", but it is highly unlikely that anyone has that kind of time or desire (it would take 100% focus, dedication, effort, and any other inspirational word you can think of). And I second Provider when he says you haven't seen any 16" cocks. They all claim to have 12", 14", 16", 18" and I've even seen 19" and 20" claimed. These are obviously rubber cocks (if you can't see that, get a CAT scan) and the still shots are Photoshopped.
