Injury but not through PE

About a year and a half ago while we were quite drunk my girlfriend was giving me a handjob, she got a bit aggressive with it and I got a small tear in the piece of skin just below the head on the underside (see picture)

It bled, but not much at all, I didnt consult a doctor or anything (its a sensitive subject as you can imagine) the tear healed quickly, but since then it seems quite tight, as if it would be painful to pul the foreskin down any further than just below the head. I havent had sex since that moment through fear of reinjury. Do i have a reason to worry? or should I just make sure I take care

Can't tell from pic but sounds like she ripped your frenulum. Its where the forskin attaches to the glans there. I don't believe it will repair itself. It happens to some people that Penis Enlargement.

Sounds like you need to stretch it since it probably healed shorter than it was before. If that doesn't work, you might have to have surgery to lengthen the frenulum.
