What made you think there is some universal answer for this? If you follow the SRT and you're dedicated i think you should gain 1 inch in 3 - 4 months...but nothing is for sure..just wait and see.

I'm going to follow The SRT as well As DLD's Newbie routine.

Well you don't need to do both of them.. the newbie routine is for the newbies,the SRT is more of an advanced routine..if you just got started , start with the newbie routine for a few months..if you are more experimented and you have the equipment jump into the SRT

As I answered you in another thread the biggest gains so far has been one inch (unless someone has gained more that I do not know of). I agree with my Brother ChilDsh, the fastest way to make this happen is going to be SRT. Please read it over and come back with any questions or concerns you may have.
