Does icing stretched ligaments cement the stretch and prevent retraction? I know that heat helps loosen liga for stretching. Do not know if icing ligs, once thet are stretched prevents retraction of that stretching. Thanks.

hi :)

I read about this too! It seems that in medical field, they're using ice at the final session for ''cementing'' gains, in joint lenghtening (and perhaps limb? I don't remember well) Some people believe it must give good results in Penis Enlargement, but nobody (at least I don't read about) has reported back on this...>:(>:(
what you ask is controversial, hopefully some vet's chime in, because I'm interested too.
Maybe this week I will test icing with a homemade ADS.

The last couple of days I´m on a new quick routine where I warm up with a hot wash cloth.
After a couple of minutes I start jelqing with a 30% erection for 200-250 reps, throw in some stretches and cool down while still stretching with an ice pack on my base.

Flaccid is much! better on the next day.

I will give it a shot for the next couple of weeks and let you guys know what happens.
