I want a Refund

^ Simple with my website i do a lot shipping

DVD (Tutorials and Sound sets)

get my drift? The reciept only shows me paying for shipping through my business account.

When i purchase movies and what not i write those off too Since i have record of doing music and having transactions with labels/compannies who's to say i wasn't studying my latest movie or video game purchase for movie scoring or resouce material. Wouldn't matter if I actually was or not noone is going to waste their time with something like that.

Call it a loophole if ya like... many loops and breaks when you own something that brings in an income. If you can find a way to make it (your purchase) help your business you can write it off. If its something used in your bizz you can write it off.

Talk to an entertainment lawyer if you think im kidding

I understand people dont like others with no patience but at the same time

its my money and if i want it back i want it back. When people want their refunds doesn't matter why they change their mind i give it to them. Thats just me though.

I'm fully aware of that and if you READ im not saying he shipped it and i didn't get it in a reasonable amount of time what pissed me off is i was told shipping is done on 1 specific day. I contact him after 3-4 afterwards days asking where it is (had no tracking info)

only to find out it wasn't shipped at all and when it did ship it was about 4 days or more prior to the day it was suppose to be sent out.

All i wanted was a refund and people began acting childish and it isnt even their money yet they worry about it.

Actually, what you are propounding is called tax fraud. It is illegal and quite positively displays your character...or lack thereof.

You started this crap, you bleeping idjut! Own up to the fact that you are acting like a prima-donna! If you want a refund, one should be granted. But your excuses are lame, IMO.

I ordered from DLD and it took longer than what I thought it should too. I guess DLD owes me a refund, an apology and should kiss my rosey red ass for this, eh? >

I just want to pop in here and say that I check the PO box every few days. I went on Friday and again yesterday and there was no returned DVD. If you run an online business and ship all the time, provide me with a tracking # so we can track your order.
