I want a Refund

I ordered MOS Dvd over a week ago its still not here. I've emailed DLD he told me they ship everything out on Fridays. Well long story short I don't even want the DVD now i just want my money back (tired of waiting)

He isn't answering his PMs or nor emails but i see him logged into the board all the time (atleast he's logged on the Board when i PM him)

Anyone ?

relax, where are you located? if your in canada, this monday was a holiday, so no mail would have been processed that day.

im sure its on his way. DLD doesn't cheat anyone. if he mailed it out friday, its only wed... give it till atleast the end of the week.

I have answered your emails, check your spam folder. Your DVD has been shipped and if you are in Canada it will take 10 days. If you still want a refund I will have it issued, just keep the DVD.

Seriously, it takes longer than 3 days for a DVD to be shipped.

It really does and unfortunately. I ordered VIAGRA (generic) the other day and their shipping time is 3 weeks! Maybe MOS should just start saying it will take 3 weeks then we will surprise every customer with an early delivery.

The business I run isn't much different than yours its just "Music production" and I ship all over the US as well as international. When i ship something in the US It doesn't take more than 3 days(im in the Us aswell) Even if Im sending something to the Eascoast (im mainly on the West)

I've checked my Spam Box (did a search in it) I really have only 1-2 replies.
Your email goes into my direct inbox in a folder.I can understand running a business by yourself I've been doing it since i was 17. People get concerned when they don't get a reply with in 48hours.

100's of emails a day I can understand that my business is the same exact way but if im going to take more than 48 hours to reply so someones email i notify everyone letting them know what i have on my plate so there is no questions as to why Im not replying to my clients.

Now i do see a new email (today to be exact) It says my Dvd will be shipped on the 24th well i made my purchase on the 15th or the 16th (thats a tuesday or a wednesday)

I emailed you asking when the DVD would arrive you told me it would be sent out on friday that would be the 18th.

So getting the email stating its gonna be shipped tomorrow is upsetting and misleading.

Again I do know what its like running a popular online business I do production for labels, run a tutorial site have over 5,000 members (dvd clients and vip members myself) and i do sound designing for sound companies

You have to communicate with people. When you're dealing with people's money you have to keep them informed.

I have decided to make our delivery time 2 to 3 weeks. This will not only allow us to get things shipped out but it will make the customer happy when it arrives early.

IMO . . . SHIrT probably received the DVD, ripped it, made a copy for himself and then returned it to MoS for a refund. In this digital/electronic age he couldn't track it through the system to found out it's route and ETA to it's final destination within the standard 4-6 weeks. What's next, a demand on the interest earned if you don't get your refund within the next week. You'll probably demand a refund on your time you invested with P.E. if it doesn't work within 2 weeks. And it's not a Tax write-off if it's unrelated to your employment... DUH. You exposed your integrity and true intentions, documented it for all here to see and set yourself up for success ...

^ I sent the dvd back in its original package unopened.
It's a tax write off its related to my employment unlike some here who have to work a 9-5 I own my own business (Being owning one since i was 17)

Why is everyone so uptight over someone wanting their money back i don't get it.

We are so in the middle and I hope you understand SHIRT. MOS is a tiny business and it is becoming, at times, more than this. We can't justify a helper nor can we NOT justify a helper. I wish we were a million dollar company and I did not have to worry about such things but we are not. JAZ is the only man sending out orders, ordering orders, tracking orders and refunding payments (yours being one of two every refunded.) Please bare with us at MOS, we are doing the best we can, if at some point we become a profitable company we will have much better customer service.

I literally receive 100's of messages a day. I return all of my mail but sometimes it takes a while. There is no way in hell that I would ever leave these responsibilities to a worker. No, I am dedicated to answer the mail myself...I am only one guy. I actually get guys complaining that I do not return a message as soon as it arrives but I can't. I do as much as I can as does JAZ.

Your refund will happen, never worry but it is not going to come any faster when you bump this thread. Just wait for your money but please do not bump a thread that threatens our sincerity.

I know the pressure I get mass amount of emails as well. Just keep me updated thats all i ask.
