Some days my penis is thick and hangs full, but sometimes it seems much smaller. Of cource on a day when i have to play strip poker its on the small size... What stretches/excercized can i do earlier in the day to make it full a few hours later?? thanks

to answer your question though, the newbie routine keeps me 5"+ flaccid and pretty thick throughout the day depending when i crack the dutch. :D

Ace wrap it during the day, take some MACA (very cheap) for a few days, jelq...basically anything helps, but those would be my suggestions.
