Hi,

Does anybody have any input on how much tension should be used when doing ADS'ing? (All Day Stretching)
The equivalent of 2 kgs? 1 kilo? 1/2 kilo?
Im using ADS as a supplement to my hanging routine, so I'm not relying on ADS to give me gains alone, but in combination with hanging.

Anybody got some input?
