Not sure if this is the correct forum.... I guess I am asking whats the least amount of bathmate work you can do and see results? I know everyone's opinion can be different.

I was using the x30 every other day for about 10 mins then Jelqing for 10 minutes.

I ask this because I have the x30 and have used it in many ways and positions but I cannot seem to stop it from sucking in my left nut, even after I pull them down. Iv used the pumping sleeve as well.

Technically my left nut isn't sucked in but the skin/sack close to it. My left nut sits very high up. After I use the bathmate I will get never pain in that area for about three days especially when sitting.

I haven't used the bath-mate in about 4 days and the pain has went away. I did jelq last night (flaccid) and ended up having a 70-80 % erection off and on through out the night. Which is cool. Now I know the jelqing is responsible for that part.


I do love the expansion the bm gives and I know its truly important. I'm just wondering would once a week bm and every other day jelq be reasonable.
 
Without off days i´d say 15 - 20 minutes everyday, but it all depends on your genetics + goals for PE. I average about 90 min everyday in my BM, however am one of those 1 % people who only need to touch their dick and they see gains.

I´d say it depends on your goal, sure you can do every other day but it´s gonna take you longer way longer.

Edit:

Use a cock ring around your balls and their not gonna get sucked in. Back to gains, the main thing that is gonna separate you from a gainer and a non one is your consistency. I´d say do the amount of time in your BM that keeps your consistency intact. If you´re not consistent taking long breaks from pumping whenever you feel like it you can FORGET about gains, then you do not want it bad enough.

Right now am not using any cock ring since my balls are so used to the pressure so it does not hurt at least for the moment. I´d recommend you one of my BM:s soft cock rings around your balls or something similar (check BM:s homepage for picture, they have three different ones.

About jelqing you can do both, before and after or even during if you´re more set driven pumper. Me personally i jelq after my sets, not because i absolutely have to, but because otherwise it will take longer for your BM post up showing up in erectmode.

EDIT:

Jelqing is of course also a great tool for keeping FR levels low.

just because bathmate works great for some guys doesnt mean you HAVE to use it. Tons of guys make great girth gains with just jelqing and cockrings/clamping. If pumping makes you sore for 4 days its time to stop it lol. Everybody is different. Some people say the secret to big arms barbell curl, some say bench press, others hammer curls. It doesn't really matter what route you take as long as you get to your destination in a timely manner. If pumping sets you out of the game for half the week obviously there are better paths for you to take.

No not jelqing with the cock ring on, you can use it for sex as it´ll keep your hard on HARD.
 
I really hate to be a broken record on this but, in my opinion, and with the rate of gains we have seen, the best BathMate routine is the one found in the SRT Thread. This not only gives immediate results but consistent right up to permeant gains.

I always feel like telling people to discard the bathmate and my reason is because, the user guide they give out is very wrong.

If someone buys the bathmate, they follow the user guide written on the pump which says you should put for about 15 mins and that's all. If you follow that instruction, you will never see permanent gains.

Bathmate knows this but they have refused to update the user guide. They need to state it clearly on the pump that you need to do the 5x5x3 routine which means, combining 5 mins of pumping with 5 mins of manual girth exercises to be done three times in a roll.

I don't know why they have refused to do this.

Back to the post, the your balls sack with a shoe lace right before putting your penis inside the pump.
