I've been at it, 20 min of jelq plus 20 min of hard stretching, for probably 2 months now and nothing has changed at all. My eq isn't even all that great. Should I be getting some tiny amount of growth by now or not?

can you give more details regarding the hard stretching you've been doing?

That isn't enough to get noticeable growth. I feel that it takes at least 1 hour of pe most days of the week to get results. More is better in the case of length work but obviously there are time and life constraints that need to be worked around. Wearing an extender helps.

You shouldn't be using Sagem phone while other are using Iphone. Do not train with your hands. Get a penis enlargement device.

That isn't enough to get noticeable growth. I feel that it takes at least 1 hour of pe most days of the week to get results. More is better in the case of length work but obviously there are time and life constraints that need to be worked around. Wearing an extender helps.

I guess you never read DLD's newbie routine he used to gain 2" in 6 months

More than enough people grew before all the devices for me to know that spending hundreds on things that might not even work isn't really worth it. I used the fuck out of my bathmate and never saw more than fluid buildup

What is your current routine my Brother?

I do modified jelqs for 20-30 minutes. I squeeze my glans to push as much blood into the shaft as possible (got that idea from the ssjelqs) while doing about 5 second jelqs. I would do the ssjs but I always lost my erections after 1 rep. If I do it like that, I get extra expansion while being able to do way more reps since I maintain my erections throughout the exercise.
Then I do 30 minutes to an hour of extra hard stretching, mostly downward stretches and bundled stretches (__________ stretch). I pull until my forearm muscles and penis tendons are sore, so I know something's going on down there. I just wonder if I'm not a hard gainer. Every time I've tried to exercise, no matter what my routine looks like, after 3 months I won't have gained much strength or built any noticeable muscle. I've been like that since a middle school kid.

I guess not but everybody knows DLD spent hours every day doing pe and that's why he gained so much so fast.

I don't see why you would respond defensively either because clearly what you're doing isn't working and I was just offering some help. That's what has worked for me. Length takes forever so 20-40 minutes a day just isn't enough in my opinion.

I would say with that routine after 2-3 months you should see something. That is just my opinion though. Maybe try breaking your stretching up throughout the day

If you didn't gain with the bathmate, it means you weren't doing your session correctly.

This is true and should not discourage anyone as it shows that you need to make a change. If you are not seeing temporary expansion then either you are not using enough vacuum, if vacuum is at max I suggest getting a wine-vac, which will cause expansion to anyone (unlimited power) and this modification only costs around $8. I also would ask how you are pumping? What routine is being used?

I didn't respond defensively, just stated info from the single most basic thing on this forum lol. The newbie routine is what it says it is and that's what he used to get his first gains in 6 months. I've been at it less than 2 months, so I'm just getting opinions seeing if other people took longer to see gains.

I think the smartest routine for the BathMate is that is SRT. It is super simple and very effective. Read through SRT but I will lay the workout here:

You have to be getting a meaningful expansion from each pumping set. I normally start slow during my first set and then from my second set and the third set, I increase the pressure every 2 to 3 minutes depending on how I feel. Pumping at extremely high pressure is highly recommended but you should be able to distinguish between pain and slight discomfort. I always pump for 8 mins each set. But do what works for you. If you are not getting enough expansion and you are using the win vac or extreme pump, I will suggest you increase your pumping set from 5 mins to 8 mins. But make sure you have the win vac modded pump or the extreme version. I believe you can make this happen and get to your dream size.

PE is basically physics...we're imparting forces (Bathmate/Lengthmaster/PF/jelq/etc.) against an object (our d!cks) to make it bigger/longer. If the force(s) being placed are not strong enough, the object will resist to remain static...the trick is to find the combination of exercise(s) and intensity to unlock the pre-set inertia...once you're able to make any slight movement (growth), you can maintain that momentum. The most difficult part is the initial force it takes to start

I followed a fairly aggressive pumping program and it took nine months before I started to see gains. However, five years later. I had gained over one inch in girth.
