Hi. Newbie here. My Stats are 5" Erect Length by 4.5" erect Girth. Pretty embarrassing really.

My goals are 2 inches Length by 1 inch Girth in One Year. I want to start on April Fools day (2morrow) and hope that i'm not feeling foolish in one years tiime lol.

What i need to know is, what i need to do to achieve these gains. Whatever it takes, i'll do it. I'm 31 years old and i don't want to go through the rest of my life feeling this horrible insecurity of knowing that i am very small and avoiding sexual encounters because of my size.

I recently bought a hanger. Its good quality and i bought four 2.50 pound weights. I also bought a Jelq device. All of these are on the way and all i need now is the right routines and the amount of time needed to achieve my goals in one year.

Am i being realistic? Can i achieve my goals? Do i need anything else to get to my target.

Hello Stu and welcome to MOS. Your goals are very doable and I think you may even see these gains before your time goals. The best place to start is with the NEWBIE ROUTINE. This will give you all the exercises and explanations. We are here to help you with this so don't be shy asking questions.

Wow, thanks for the quick reply DLD. I will probably purchase your DVD as i've heard that your techniques are the best on the Internet but i also wanted to ask if Hanging and Jelqing are the way to go and if you could point me in the direction of some good sample routines to get me started. Its great to hear that you think my goals are achieveable. Its a real boost.
 
I don't want to rain on your parade, but 2x1 gain is on the higher end of gaining. Not saying it's not possible, but don't set yourself up for failure.

Pe is a huge time investment both in daily work out time as well as yearly prolonged dedication.

Go for the gold with your gains, but if all you gain is 1 inch length and .5 girth that is still a huge gain. Take whatever you get with a positive and keep going for those long term three year down the road gains.

I found that setting smaller short term goals really helped me stay focused. Right now I am doing everything I can to get a .25 length gain and a .25 girth gain. I am dedicating the next year to that growth. I expect I may get more, but for now I just want to gain that tiny bit.
 
Yeah, remember that Penis Enlargement is not a sprint - it's a marothon. But if you put much effort and time in Penis Enlargement, you can archieve almost every goal (of course not a gain of 10 inches), but i will take time, maybe even 5 years or longer.

So as Admiral said, set short term goals, so you won't be disappointed!
 
Apollo 911. The 5 inches length is a Bonepressed Measurement. My Girth needs a lot of work as well. I've just bought a Power Jelq tool as well to help with Girth.

I would have suggested that you buy this before anything else as the MOS Program is more powerful than any device or gadget. Working with your hands is incredible...you are actually creating a new reality for yourself using your hands...it is a true art form.
