all you need to know is you stretch it after a nice warm up of like..idk 15 mins in a shower or soem other type of method to warm up the penis. then you grab at the bottom of the head and pull straight out, and do this as hard as you can without killing your dick. keep it there for 30-60 seconds. then do the same thing..pulling fomr under the head, instead this timeyou do it straight up towards your chin. then do it again straight down towards the ground. then do it to the left, the n do it to the right.

afterwards is the fun part. get some lube, vascaline is waht i find the best. and then make your dick hard..some say 100% others say less. i say a 80-90% hard on is good. then youtkae your pointer finger and thumb to make an "OK" grip, and grip it tightly around the base of your penis. after you done that, slowly drag the ok grip up to your entire shaft to where you're right under the head.

that is called jelqing

i would keep the grip there for 5 seconds and keep pullin on it.

afterwards if your dick isn't 80-90% hard anymore, work it up and do another jelq

do it 15 times to start out with. once ou find that you're not getting the same work out you were before, up them by 10.

once you do that, you warm down by hoppin into the shower for another 15 mins. and the whole time you do kegels

MAKE SURE THAT YOU WARM UP AND WARM DOWN EVERY SINGLE SESSION. some people choose not to however i think that's running risk of soem serious injury.

there is pretty much the ultimate beginner routine. keep don that and you'll see that you have a harder erection within the first 3-4 weeks. and then after another couple of months you'll start to slowly see some growth. for me it was 3 months into it, others have been doin it for YEARS and don't gain anything. it's all how much work you put into it.

start off slow maybe 10-15 minutes a day than work your way up in time when you feel comfortable.

Pills arn't required man. I suggest you try it without those, and if you really wanna take the risk of loosing 250$ on Penis Enlargement pills that might not work well go for it :)

And you don't need instruments. But those can help.
