Tonight i am happy. After all of the work i have put in i have earned my first inch of BPFSL. I am not going to measure my EL until I reach my goal of 9.

I do not have photos of this measurement from the first 2 months of Penis Enlargement as I did not know this would be my standard. I started at 7.75 and have documented in my signature 8 - 8.75.

I want to thank DLD for this site and everyone for their insight and participation. I would not be here without it.

Thanks for the props. Does anyone know if the benefits from hanging come right away or they take a little time meaning a few days or weeks? I have been training especially hard lately and almost feel like I have been stagnant but have noticed in the past after these time periods there seems to be a point at which the gains come later?
 
alwaystrying - i strictly hang. i know many people succeed manually. i prefer hanging.
 
It makes it all worthwhile. All the work, dedication, commitment and time, when all of this pays off it's like winning the lottery. To think that some guys spend thousands of dollars to get something close to your gains and you did it naturally. Congratulations!

how much weight? what angle? 30 minute sets? etc......... ever think about changing hangers? or are you happy with the bib?

haha... I will consider this a great belt but want one more at least! I do about 2 hours a day with the Bib from 5-12.5 lbs at all angles. I started with the VacuHanger but prefer the BIB. I am open to trying other things but it is hard to be motivated when what I am doing is working.
