I don't know the names of all the exercises. But I call these "metronomes", as I've never seen them mentioned.

Grasp your flaccid penis and pull straight out into a stretch, making sure you can feel the lig tension on all sides your penis. Then while holding this stretch, slowly shift into an upwards pull. Hold for a moment. Then shift into a downwards pull... Then repeat this up-down-up-down motion several times, gradually building the stretch intensity. Picture the movement of a metronome...

Or instead of up-down, you could do left-right, putting emphasis on the ligs on the side of your penis.

This exercise seems to give a really good lig stretch. The feeling of "pulling out the inner penis" is really noticeable.

Yeah you could say that. Personally I prefer these since there's more lig stretching and less skin stretching, which makes it easier to hold the tension longer.
 
I've been doing these for a few weeks. For 60 secs I pull and go up/down, l/r, then also angle it. I don't count the number of stretches, only the total time. I feel it compliments circle stretches.
