Hey everyone!
I am happy because i have recently started Penis Enlargement again, almost a week ago, and for the first time i've been doing it consistantly.

I am even more happy because i have already noticed stellar differences in my flacid size as well as noticeable ones in erect! I'm sure these are newbie gains but i feel great and wasn't expecting to see anything so quickly!

All i've been doing is 10-40 minutes a night of hard jelqing (with warmup and down), 100-200 kegles (where on each 10th kegel i hold them tense harder, then harder, then harder then relax and go on), 20 reverse keagles each for 5-8 seconds and then 50 anal kegles.

I'd like to start stretching soon but i'm a bit concerned cause my penis goes to the left and so all stretches to the right or even forward put lots of strain on the left side which hurts..also i get really bored with stretches.

Anyway its going great and ejaculation never felt so good! I'm definately going to keep it up this time :D
 
Congrats, I hope to start at Penis Enlargement soon, but how do you do anal kegels?
And is reverse kegels as simple as "forcing yourself to shit, minus the actual shiting".
I realize that last sentence could make me sound like I'm 4/5 retarded if I'm wrong.

The muscle movements are best explained and realized while urinating. While urinating, if you push the flow of urine you are doing a reverse kegel. If you stop the flow of urine you are doing a kegel.
