Turkey neck can be solved by the ball and lig stretch. The forces all excessive skin down to the scrotum.But it does take some time so stick with.The routine
 
If you are not doing Ball & Lig Stretches you will gain slower, and when you have an erection (after gaining length) your balls will be pushed forward and up.

Unfortunately for me, my genetics also play a cruel joke as no matter amount of lig and ball stretches done, the tissues reformation for my body outdo the pace of my stretch gains. My balls remain high, scrotum did stretch but returned with vengeance. I can only control it to a manageable degree to prevent the turkey neck and foreskin sagging effects. Wife likes the high and tight rise, so I left them as is. At times, I like them to hang a bit low to slap her butt cheeks and crotch, but c'est la ve.
 
You need to continue the exercise every day until all the turkey neck is gone
 
Funny how the stretches DO indeed get rid of the turkey neck. I researched in the past on how to shorten my uncircumcised foreskin to gain more glans exposure without getting the foreskin snipped. I used the stretches in the past and switched to a traction device (JES extender) and noticed nearly an inch of my foreskin shortened as my penis lengthen through the PE journey. As long as your penis lengthen and girth increases, your turkey neck will slowly fades away. However, it will come back if you don't maintain your PE. Realize that your penis does shrink over time like your muscles after you bulk them up.

For those who think the penis has no muscles, it does have smooth muscles, lots of skin, internal blood chambers, and ligaments. So, it does have muscles, but much less. You can't expect a penis to lift 20 lbs, but it can push against 20lbs of vaginal muscles under tightening pressure.
The penis is made up of smooth muscle tissue which is completely different from skeletal muscle tissue therefor it is not valid to compare the two.

Rather than calling it a comparison of apple to apple, it's a mentioning that the physiological muscles are malleable and able to grow and adapt. Most PE journey men fear that the tissues, be of muscle compositions, fats, nerves, vessels, or ligamentary combinations are static and can never readapt to growth for penile enlargement. The myths must to squashed so others do not become so fearful in taking that first step.

You can do, 10 minutes before your session in front of a car interior heater. If you can't do every day you can do 3 days on, and 1 day rest.
You need to be consistent with them.
I have not done them in a long time now but my flaccid hang still remains.

I do balls and ligs stretch before each pumping session. Like I said, the way my body was made for the scrotum was already high at first. If I don't do the stretches, the scrotum goes even higher even with heat assist. I used the old heating pad with IR and tourmaline-jade rocks, and even with a hair dryer. The problem is the scrotum skin was a hard built at the genetic levels. I gained 1.5in of slack, and when I finally achieved my length and girth, even with ligs and balls stretches during maintenance, the recovery rate for the scrotum was outpacing the scrotum stretched gains. That was a shocking revelation.

I did Ball & Lig Stretches for ~1 year (a little less), and I got persistent results.

Turkey neck is a thing of the past, you have to stretch skin on the under side of your shaft and not borrow skin from the a scrotum.

Lig and ball stretch 💯 and tie cloth or bandage around the scrotum while you stretch (not cock ring) it’s too flexible.

if your doing LM bundle stretches and your not tying your scrotum your just cheating 😂 IMO. I jest of course but your gonna feel skin stretch when you do 😳

I did'nt do that. But as you indicated. Ball & Lig Stretches are like 50% if you are mainly using LengthMaster 3. You need more skin in order to increase your penile length.

It all fills out eventually if you continue to train
 
I did not tie my scrotum. Doing Ball & Lig Stretches and strething with LengthMaster 3 is enough.
