More than 5 weeks ago and after 3 years of PE I got my first significant injury i'd say. A swollen, hard vein (with a stingy light pain when touched near the base) running from the base up the shaft + a sort of an edema (that looks like a bubble you get from a burn) underneath the skin on the upper side of the shaft.
Basically, pretty much stopped all PE (even stretching to a minimum) to try to cure it. In fact, the size of the vein has reduced and the pain is gone, but the vein is still there, like it sort of become permanent. A couple of days ago I decided to do some light jelq, and to my surprise the side edema, which wasn't there for a while, popped up pretty quickly. It seems like some sort of a water retention (like you could pop it under supervised care).
Don't know if this has in fact become a permanent thing, but I do want to get back to my sessions as I'm feeling already some negative effects of the PE lay-off.
Any clues of what this is and why it hasn't gone away after 5 weeks? its not hurting. Can I resume PE lightly?

If it's not hurting , do PE for a couple of days and see what happens..in the worst case..the vein will explode and you're dick will be fucked up xD . Nah i'm kidding..

Start with a light routine , like some jelqs and some stretches for a couple a days / a week and see what happens...if your veins start hurting again..you might wanna see a doctor.

Had this problem, used some Ibuprofen and aspirin. . . Within weeks it was gone.
Oh btw, you might want to fill up the BM with hot water and just leave your penis in there, No pumping or nothing. . .
When you take your penis out, do a little gentle massaging on the spot.
Thank me later.

Thanks for the input. Actually the thicker, cord-like vein running from base up to the shaft has gotten smaller and is not bothering, not pain at all. What's weird is this water bubble-like swelling that keeps appearing even when i'm doing light PE, on the same spot in the shaft. Maybe there is some blockage that is generating this. I will look into the treatment and hopefully I can get this past me and back to regular PE. Thanks

Regardless if it has gotten a bit better still do the therapy for Thrombosis: Treatment for Thrombosis

How are things now with PE? I hope you haven't given up completely?
