I think my LOT is around 7 or maybe 6.5 -6.

Any people experience any good length gains hanging with very low LOT like I have?

I have been reading up and from what I have gathered I should be hanging SO(straight out) or OTS (over the shoulder)

Any other angles or ways I should be trying to hang?

I know it is weird but I feel like I have a ton of inner penis just need to hang I guess to be sure.

I say this because when I am errect and pull back on the skin of my shaft and make it very taught I can get an easy 1/2 inch and still feel a lot more behind my balls etc.

Any suggestions on how to attack my goals with this low LOT?

Hmm... I would suggest, in order to validate or invalidate your supposition that you possess a great deal of latent inner-penis, to perform a palpation test. Here is the link to a description of the test --> Bib's Hangers :: View topic - Mirror and Palpation Tests . This test will indicate, via palpating the underside of your pubic area, how much inner penis is available to be 'pulled out', so to speak, by BTC, SD hanging.

If, after the performance of the above test, you discover that indeed, in league with your earlier supposition that you have much more inner-penis to exploit, I would suggest hanging BTC or SD (preferably BTC) for a period of about 6 weeks. If, following this period of dedicated hanging, you do not grow, then, well, switch to different angles. Also worth investigating is the rice sock/fulcrum hanging technique which places the lionshare of the stress experienced while hanging upon the tunica. Pandora is a proponent of this technique and may himself like to say a few words about it. Good luck.
 
I have a LOT of about 6:30. I hung BTC and SD for a few months and made no progress at all. It wasn't until I started hanging with a fulcrum (with a lot less weight) that I finally learned what fatigue really was. I've been making steady gains ever since, but I also incorporate a set of sock stretches here and there as well to help hit all the different angles.

I had gained an inch since November, but I took a couple months off and lost about a quarter of that. I should mention, I did wear an ADS whenever possible during that time as well.

I'm just starting up again, this time adding some pumping and light jelquing.

I ask because I wonder if I should bother with SD and BTC or just go to SO and OTS with my LOT.

I gained .5" hanging low. I gained .5" with hanging high.

Why? Just to change it up or you think you can get more from the ligs still?

That would be great.

I have yet to start hanging but I am shooting for 2.5 inches so that is a lofty goal but I will do my best.

Both. I haven't hung with pressure on the ligs in so long I'm sure I'd gain some. When I walk around with my leg strap on with my vacuum chamber, my ligs get quite fatigued at a lowly 5 lbs. I might be able to pull a .5" in three months or something like I did back when I first started hanging down, who knows?
