I was wondering for the people who are working on getting both length and girth from their routines if they do both exercises back to back or if you guys take some time off maybe a few hours in between exercises? As well as how much have you gained from doing what you are doing? I am starting to wonder if you took time off in between doing your length and girth that you would get a better result.

I usually do just length exercises for so many months and than switch to girth exercises for so many months. Usually its 6 months or more, so its permanent. I used to do mixed sessions, e.g length and girth exercises together. I feel its better for ME if I do them every few months on each. This way I can put all my focus and efforts into that area for so long. Also remember that by doing a length exercise you can actually still gain girth, i.e stretching the base and also vice versa. Do what you feel is best. Whatever you do, you should still gain if you do it with desire and consistency.

Um, really I have tried (albeit without much focus or dedication) to do girth after intense length routines, but I have to say I don't think it's the best way to see girth gains. Girth can work length in addition I believe so if girth is your bag then go for that, but working both in respect to performing girth and length back to back no matter the order is probably not a great idea unless you take a few hours in between or at least 45 minutes to an hour. Then warm up again with a hot wrap or something before beginning the next type of session.

That's absolutely right about no matter what you do it will work if you have desire and are consistent, RED. Personally, I can't seem to find the energy to do both on the same day unless I plan way ahead and have had a good rest.

Sometimes I'll do girth right after length, or several hours after length. It shouldn't make difference and it hasn't for me, I've made pretty good gains.

i used to do both on the same day without a break generally, though no I will do length 1 week, girth the next,,, etc... so by the end of the month i have done 2 weeks of length and 2 girth.

cheers

I usually do them back to back but I had the thought that by taking a break in between it would increase the amount of gains I could make. I haven't really made much gains lately so its time to start something new :).
