Should I focus on length work first, then girth work?

Was about to go do my combined length and girth routine but then I read someone saying to focus on length first.

So that’s basicly the question: should I focus on length first or keep doing it the way I’m doing it?

I kinda like combining length and girth work but if it’s even better to focus on length first I will do that. Anyone that’s had success gaining length while doing girth work as well?

Also, what’s the concensus regarding rest days? I prefer doing it ED though maybe I should go 3 on 1 off just to give it some rest? Any thoughts regarding my questions will be appreciated.
 
If you really want length I would stick stretching only. Occasionally I will pump on my off days for fun and it’s addicting.

Edit: You just gotta find out what works best for you regarding training schedule and training in general.

Yeah, that’s just the thing: I LOVE to pump and with my MityVac that I got today, judging from the tube size it’ll be way more length based work using that compared to the Bathmate.

Is pumping strictly a girth exercise or won’t it become more length based with a smaller tube? Maybe it’s just wishful thinking on my part..
 
But gaining girth and length at the same time fast, would be the ultimate program.
It exist, it's called: 🔗 SRT.
Gave it a read, though even bossman/guru/DLD said I should focus on length first in my progress thread.

And of course the fact that you have focused on length only makes the decision to give up girth work for now that much easier. It’ll surely make my workouts shorter too which is a good thing in my eyes.

One last question though,what are your thoughts on doing length work everyday? Isn’t length work something that in theory can be done ED? Or should I incorporate rest days, like 3 on 1 off maybe?

I can not do lengthwork every day due to soreness in the skin on my penis. So I'm doing 3:1, as you mentioned. But before I started to use LENGTHMASTER 3 I believe (if I remember correctly) I was doing my broomstick routine like 6 days a week.
Rest can be a good thing for growth if you optimize it.

I can not do lengthwork every day due to soreness in the skin on my penis. So I'm doing 3:1, as you mentioned. But before I started to use LENGTHMASTER 3 I believe (if I remember correctly) I was doing my broomstick routine like 6 days a week.

I see, so as long as I don’t run into any problems I’ll just try doing it ED and just take rest days whenever it feels like my unit needs it. I’m weird like that as I do my fitness basically everyday too, just can’t help it.

I think it's best to have planned rest days if you can. If you are stretching hard, I believe you need rest days for growth. But if you talk to your penis, you should be good. 👌

Ok, I’ll try talking to it and then see what it needs. When I start using the Lengthmaster 3 I might come to the conclusion that rest days are a must.

You could try pumping on your off days once or twice a week for length to pre stretch the tunica. Yes, there are guys that made length gains stretching and pumping including @MosMaster and @kingsnake

I talked to @huge-girth and there’s no need to stretch to the point of pains or skin soreness. Apply a little hydrocortisone after each session and that’s it.

There will always be some sort of discomfort using the LM and that will be It.

You can do length and girth work together. Morning lenght routine evening is girth work like 5×5×3 or length routine another day girth work then rest day and again same routine

Pain is a subjective concept when you stretch with LENGTHMASTER 3.
I have always been stretching very hard, and there is no pain. Maybe you can call it discomfort, but there is no pain. I even disregarded the recommendations to just keep the stretches at 1 minute. I'm now only doing 5 minute dynamic bundled BTC stretches, and with this I get less skin soreness, and more elongation of my tissue after every stretching session. Most sessions I get a temporary elongation directly after of ~ 1 inch of my tissue/penis.

To gain effectively you need to stretch your entire penis, both the inner penis and the outer penis. This is true even if you are not doing expressive stretches, and you are attaching the chamber exactly behind the glans. I always feel a hard stretch and soreness in my inner penis after my stretching sessions. I even feel this soreness during my rest day most times.

When you stretch hard, and relax fully into the stretch (reverse Kegels) you will gain optimally.

If you are not stretching hard, you will not stretch your inner penis effectively, and you will not gain as fast as you could be doing. You will gain but not as fast.

This is just my thoughts of all of this, and I have for sure proved this concept validity. If you stretch hard you will gain fast.

I can’t do that! I mean I was stretching to the point of extreme pain and the skin was scabbing over and bleeding.

I had to take 6, 7 days just to heal the base.

Now I experience zero pain and little skin soreness and I’m able to keep the tissue stretchable throughout my sessions.

You got do what works for you : )

Okey that's good to hear. Indeed you need to do what works. Can't stretch like this every day, that's why I need 3 days ON and 1 day REST. Sometimes 2 days rest.

For me I did one day of stretching at extreme force for my first set of 20 minutes and couldn’t complete the next set 6 to 7 hours later without pain or let alone train the the next day without bleeding.
