what are the foods or herbs or blends of drinks that should be taken on a regular basis that help in cell growth in penis.......
i read around about vitamin c , castor oil , ashwagandha...etc but what are the specific ones that should be taken regularly???....

what have u guys been taking ???
i would like to start for everyday....

There are so many threads on this topic your head will spin. Many guys have tried many things and some have success while others don't. If you are mainly concerned with taking a supplement that will give you everything you need in a pill, start taking the Titan supplement. I would also encourage you to search out the many methods men have made and try them for yourself.
 
Titan pills are great,i also take a vitamin complex,but if you have a healthy diet imo you dont need any supplement..you will get everything from food ;)

ya ur right but certain herbs or foods can speed the process of cell division or growth i think...

I did not take supplements until we came out with TITAN PILLS. I believe that was in 2003.

what is the difference between vigrx plus and titan ???.....
i remember there was a lot of hype about vigrx plus....

Same ingredients, it is that way across the board with PE pills. We have a new pill we have been working on for some time, I would love to finally come out with it. It is a completely new formula based on much of the education found on the forums.

The formula is done, we put it on hold to do some other pressing projects. I will get you a eta once I hear word.
