Hello MoS brothers!

I have just bougth an extender and i am in the process of determining my initial Length to start using the extender.
I measure 18.7 cm Flacid Streched Length (Sit down) and 18.2 cm Flacid Streched Lengh (stand up)

THe extender instructions say to use 4 cm less than your FSL , because in theory the head stays beyond the extender , but i have trouble to grip well and the head does not stay beyond the extender , so if i use 4 CM less than my FSL , i measure the extension while using the extender and its less than my FSL. So i wonder if i will gain anyway like this?

BEcause what makes more sense to me , is adding bars to the extender until i reach my length , then i wrap and eventhough it does not go beyond the extender as the instructions say , the measurement while using the extender is like my FSL.

I dont understand how can you gain , if you are streching but less than what your FSL is already.

Hope someone understand my question

Thanks!

I've have similar concerns. I just got one myself. (Vimax) In my mind I would think the best setting would be while you're at full stretch and the spring tensioners would be adjusted to around half compression. This would allow good pressure on your tendons while giving a little room for movement.

The problem with my theory is that when I have it adjusted as such, it burns like hell after about 10 minutes.
Feels like someone's putting out a cigarette on the ol frenulum!

I'd like to know approximately where the pros let the sring adjusters float? (if at all)
Fully compressed, half way, or not compressed?

IMHO I wouldn't think it would do a damn thing unless you're leaning on those springs at least a little bit.
But I'm just a rookie and that's why I'm here.
Please advise Thanks!

Thanks a lot for your reply 1Big , Im also having the problem that the base of the extender , kind of cuts the circulation on my testicles, Should i press less against the body?

Because the extender i got , (Andromedical) does not allow you to chose the tension , it only has a spring.

Please someone Advice :)

Thanks!

Lol! Well surly it's operator error on our part.
The manual clearly states that it is a completely pain free experience.

DLD could you please clarify our doubts? The instructions of this device say for the first months you need to start 4cm less than you Erect Length. How do you guys use the extender at the first times? Do you guys just start at your fulll length? Its being very unconfortable streching at full length cause it presses a lot agains the pubic zone and almost cuts the blood flow to testicles

Yes you WA t it yo be compressing the springs.. that's tension and that's what stretches the penis. If the bars are too shortly to compress the springs even a little, add bars until the spring is compressed barely, to start.

Many people add padding to help with that base pad problem. The tension also pushes the base into your fatpad, however thin or thick... it hurts.

You can get a silicon pad for the base. I'd like yo get the one from absilicon.

For cheap I went to hardware store and bought foam insulation tube for household waterpipe. Smallest they had. I cut angled pieces. I tuck the skinny edge of foam under base, coiled around base... helped a lot.

Thanks for the info!
It's pretty much what I expected but thought I should ask.
I was a little surprised that I couldn't find any threads on the amount of spring pressure that most use.
I don't understand why they can't give a little more info on the instructions with these things.
Seriously! I think you get more instruction on a package of sili putty.

Why not get yourself an ADS like the SiliStretcher? The SiliStretcher is very easy to use. The SiliStretcher is much more comfortable than any extender out there. You can use the Silistretcher together with manual stretches. It will give you all of the length gains you seek.
