meat alone doesn't. now a diet of only meat could but it would also make most people feel pretty bad in various ways if they only ate meat.

processed foods strongly promotes clogging of arteries. now that is a true statement.

I have made major muscle gains with a beef everyday diet. Let's not forget that testosterone is synthesized from sterol backbones from cholesterol in healthy sources of red meat.

I decided to search for "red spots" instead of starting a new thread. I'm glad I did. I figured this has probably happened to someone else before and I was right.


I didn't have a long Bathmate session but it was intense. About 45 minutes later I wanted to just admire my penis and the "pump" I still had from my session. I mean, why not? I love looking at my penis at any time post workout. Hell I just like looking at it.

All of the sudden I saw all these little red dots. OMGWTFBBQ THEY'RE EVERYWHERE!

Initially I freaked out, then realized it's probably just little blood spots, I may have busted some tiny blood vessels and pulled a little bit to the surface....in 80 spots :O

Looks like I was right and it'll go away. I can exit panic mode now.


Lesson learned that I can take the intensity but don't start off full throttle.
 
Yeah, those dots happen from time to time, even if you're pretty used to the Bathmate. Sometimes it's about the timing, sometimes the intensivity; you can have a "easy" workout but few minutes or seconds too long, boom. connect the dots!

Like pillesnoppen said, massaging helps a lot. In the past I've used some Hirudoid Forte cream if the dotting was very significant.

I do remember the first time it happened it looked quite freaky! Massage and hot towels, the 12-24 hours is quite spot on when they subside. On most times at least.

they happen a little more often with vacuvin mod. maybe it's the cockripping pressure that does it.

i also do aliy of stretching during the day. and roll the flaccid in between my palms like you are trying to warm your hands. feels like it helps.

I did a 60 second kegel (well, I slowly counted to 60 and I count slow so it was probably longer) while pulling on it really hard followed by 100 1 second kegels while pulling hard. I did that 3x. One of the sets of 100 kegels I pulled and released the Bathmate with each kegel.

Because of this I hit a new length in the Bathmate for a session that wasn't immediately after stretching. Then, stupidly, I started pulling until I began to lose suction because the skin started to lose contact. I kept slowly pulling until I lost all suction. Oh yeah, I looked huge when I was done. I shouldn't do that again though :O

I've got a little bit of time here before work so I'll apply some heat and then do that "firestarting roll" massage a bit (that's what I call it cause it reminds me of trying to start a fire with a stick). I like that as a way to quickly loosen things up when flaccid because it works. I'm also going to use some hydrocortizone cream. About half the spots remain about 6 hours later. This should all help the rest go away. Thanks.

Yeah but it keeps me up past my bedtime admiring it lol.

I've continued the 100 1-second kegels while pulling followed by a 60 count kegel while pulling, 3 sets, and haven't gotten the red dots since. I'm so big and meaty after that's over that I seriously can't stop playing with it until the pump starts to fade.

Those 100 kegels are rough though. They wear me out pretty good and that's what I want. They're harder than a slow 60 count.
