electric muscle stimulation of the pelvic floor

Have anyone tryed this?Electrical muscle stimulation (STIMS) for pelvic floor muscle weakness and incontinence (Mater Health and Wellness Clinic) i just bought one of these cool devices that sends pulses through your muscles and i was amazed with the power they can actually provide.

However i was thinking this might be usefull to activate the pelvic floor. So i am considering trying it (ye im gonna fry my pelvic region)

I haven't researched it through yet. This is just the first idea in it

So finally found the courage to electricute my groin. And i couldn't seem to hit the pc muscle. However it is fairly pleasant with the electric bussing around the area. So i was thinking it might be the shit for cellular regrowth. As electricity promotes that (or i assume)

So it is not the last time im gonna zapp my cock. Perhaps i will find the pc spot one day aswell

Try an electrode to the leg crease (actually an inch or two on the leg side) beside the ball. Corresponding electrode about 45 degrees around the leg towards the butt. Don't try to cross from one side to another of the body. It works best to be along the same muscle. Use another electrode pair on the other leg. That isolates the PC pretty well with some experimentation of positioning. Cheap thrills, but that's all it will be in my opinion.

300uS pulse width, 75-150Hz.

I bought one of these electro-stim devices, aka 'TEN's Unit', awhile ago. I thought of doing the same thing, but wasn't sure where to put the electrodes across that muscle. Like touchmyjunk said, the electrodes have to be along the muscle or the current will momentarily pass through to try and pass through to the cathode (-) instead of activating the muscle itself while passing through to the cathode. Im gonna look up some diagrams of the groin region tonight. Screw it...Time to experiment! Wonder if I can change my username to 'FrankenDick' now. lol

No problem. This quote actually gave me an idea for the wife. I bought a vaginal probe that has an anode towards the top and a cathode towards the middle of the shaft. I probably wouldn't suggest this brand. I've done enough research to find out that most of these devices are just battery operated and can't provide the higher amplitude (due to the fact that the max available current is limited by the internal current limiter and the external source. E.g. if the source current is low, your output current is low) that most of the higher end ones can provide. I use the following TENs unit. Works great! Has two channels like the one above, also can adjust your pulse width, frequency, ramp up, hold, and ramp down times.

I set the amplitude to a max value of 40 milliamps then I maxed out the pulse width to 300 microseconds, adjusted the frequency to 120 hz (twice that of electricity seen at your wall plug), with a ramp up time of 5 seconds, hold time of 15 seconds, ramp down time of 5 seconds. Total usage time with the unit is 30 minutes (though this can be adjusted to from 1-60 min). Note that the probe was inserted vertically (electrodes are touching the top and bottom walls as that is how the muscles are oriented).

Immediate Reaction: much more intense than she could do by herself normally. She feels as if the electrical pulses are fully engaging her muscles. After 30 min she was fatigued.
