When edging how soft do you get before beginning to edge again

keep rock hard if possible, focus on deep breathing and relaxing. you may go down to 90 or 85% and by that time youll be ready to go again. It takes time, keep at it.

Yup, you want to edge at a high erection level in order to effect how long you can last at that level. The level should be very similar to that of having sex.

For me, I ebb and flow from 90%-100% during coitus (seems like there's a natural rhythm of slow/erotic to hard/deep and all points in-between) but while edging, it's more of a 'work-out' mind-set and getting to 100% and keeping it there for as long as possible would be the desired goal

When i edge i try to do the multi-orgasmic edge and multiple cum without losing past 85%. Working that way got me multi-orgasmic and able to cum more than once during a session. Granted you may not be firing 6 ropes per but its still fun. If you can do 6 ropes per, hats off to you sir. Ryan Madison has this down to a science, guy needs to do a tutorial and diet layout plan.

At one time I had this mastered, I could last as long as I like, cum on command, remain erect after orgasm or at least a very short refractory period. It is worth all the work but it does take work to make it a reality. The work needs to be consistent to keep up the benefits of such.

indeed it does, i have slacked a bit on mine unfortunately, i can still do it but not to the degree i was capable of a year or two ago. it took me about 3 months of dedicated 1 hour a day training to master it. I imagine now that the muscle memory is still there it would be far less. It all depends on what you want to achieve and what you want to put into it.

Years ago I had read about a masturbation method to help increase stamina that involved edging. It required a timer that you could only see the minutes, using a clock in the room was fine as well.

The goal was to masturbate as intensely as possible for 10 minutes and then orgasm. The reason for only being able to know the minutes and not the seconds is so you can't count down at the end, you're left in suspense as to just when you're going to get to finish. Once 10 minutes becomes easy increase the time. You don't want to hit the end of your time and then work to orgasm, you want to be holding back staring at the clock begging it to let you finish.

Sounds easy enough right? 10 minutes of good solid stroking while watching is no problem at all. Hell I can do that in my sleep! Digital clock in the room, on the tv, lay back and enjoy this and....that's when I realized that my hand was much better than I thought when watching . It really was a challenge and the orgasm was pretty intense especially after the buildup in the last minute.

After the 3rd or 4th time it was getting easier. I didn't stick with it long though and wish I would've. Still it was a fun experience and when I'd look at the clock and realize I had hit 10 minutes I'd add another 2 and edge my way through it.

Yeah, I guess that is what it is, muscle memory to bring back the ability. Same as the gym.

all a matter of time being put in and if time can be allocated to it currently, never enough time

I switched to vaping 2 1/2 years ago and am so much happier. Breathe, smell, and taste better. Plus I don't stink like an ashtray anymore and I still get my nicotine (I'd be in jail for murder without it and my 3 cups of coffee in the morning).

My dad smoked for a long time and when he quit he said he couldn't stand the smell almost immediately. He did continue to smoke pot for a few more years though.

5 or 6 years after he quit smoking he would enjoy a cigar from time to time, usually when hanging out with his brothers and drinking.

I lit a cigarette for my wife while she was driving 3 months after I switched and was disgusted by the taste in my mouth. The smell didn't start to bother me until about a year after I quit. Now I can't stand it. I really wish my wife would quit :O

Do you think this could be why I ended up masturbating last night? Do you think there is some kind of stress I may be going through by quitting?

I had to really fight to NOT be an a**hole every time I tried to quit smoking. Even though smoking puts stress on your heart it's a stress reliever mentally.

I can, with 100% certainty, that quitting smoking will have many effects...physically and emotionally. It'll manifest differently in every individual, but the brain changes its delicate balance when any 'outside' chemicals are introduced...you'll adapt, but when the chemical/stimuli/whatever is removed, the brain has to relearn. When I quit, I gained 20 pounds in what seemed like 20 minutes...so food (mainly ice cream) was my crutch, others mentioned becoming angry when they quit, I guess jerking-off would have been my preference if given the choice, lol

I went and spoke with my spiritual advisor and my counselor yesterday and they both had very interesting takes on this. My counselor said that whenever you quit anything something needs to fill that space or an old or new vice will sneak in. She said that smoking is one of the hardest things to stop and I really never believed this but now I do. I think the combination of quitting without being prepared for the side effects was a major factor. As far as my guilt goes, the entire day the enemy was in my head, trying to take credit for what happened, telling me to smoke since I already fucked up with masturbating, etc., etc. My Spiritual Advisor said to tell the devil to fuck himself and take responsibility for what I did myself. He said own your sin and never allow the devil to take credit. I hear that that God knew I was going to do this long before I did and all I needed to do was ask for forgiveness. He also said that I should feel good for how far I came and He reminded me of where I used to be and this was inspirational.

The one thing I never, ever want is to be justified to do something against my conscious. We all have our own boundaries and my boundaries may be strict but it is what it is.

Well done Mike! Spoken with true conviction, with that your dedication and discipline, you will conquer whatever 'vice' you deem inappropriate. Congrats!!
