Hi guys... It's been a lot, i know, and i'm sorry about it...
I've been doing PE for 8 months so far, and i gained 1 stable cm in EL and a few stable mm in EG. Not bad at all, but considering the effort i put into it, i was expecting better...
So i've started to think what could i've done wrong, what could i have changed and so on, and this is what i've thought...
Of course we have a different body, different dicks, and so also our reactions to drills and routine are different...
What i've found out on myself is that what really makes the difference is Jelqing. The point is that many people (I was one of these people) are afraid of jelqing too hard, hurt themselves and so on, so they often Jelq while flaccid, or not too hard enough.
Last week i started to Jelq while fully erect, starting with 100, then 200, then 300, til i reached 500 Jelques a day. Did i rip my willy off? Did i break it? Did it explode and painted my toilet walls red?
No.
Instead while jelqing it looks really much bigger than the usual, and when i attach the Bathmate, i always have a nice suction and a great expansion...
So i came out with this routine:
PLEASE DON'T GET ME WRONG !!! I AM NOT ASKING OR ADVICING ANYONE TO TRY IT, neither i take any responsabilities and blah blah blah...
Monday to Friday*:
1) 500 Strong, erect Jelques;
2) 15 Minutes in the Bathmate with maximum suction (300 Kegels while inside the Bathmate) ;
3) One hour in the SG extender;
4) One hour in the SG extender;
5) 6 x 1 minute __________ Stretches. I stretch it really really hard, but never until i get hurt;
6) One hour in the SG extender.
* On friday 1000 Jelqs, 500 in the morning than 500 in the evening;
That's it.
Once again, this is an advanced routine, and i am doing it because i know my body and how it reacts, so please just take this post like an exchange of informations, because this is what it is
