I've been experimenting with the length of my sets again trying to get good healthy expansion in a reasonable amount of time, and I found this method works very well. I do a drop set or a reverse pyramid set if you are familiar with weight lifting terminology. Basically I am doing 20 min> jelq > 15 min >jelq > 10 min > jelq> done... If you have time you can take it even further 9 min> 8 min> 7 min> and so on. This strategy gives me very nice expansion and keeps me plump for almost 2 whole hours. I would not do this approach every single day, but it is a good one I think. If you want to take it a step further you can of course do a cock ring afterwords and/or edge.
 
I haven't, but I've been doing an hour in my x40. Only like once a week unfortunately, but the expansion is insane and lasts a couple days.
I gotta dig my cable clamp out of storage to get some clamping going after the sessions. Cheers

Yeah, I am not sure on how often someone should clamp, my concerns are mainly that they learn properly and don't hurt themselves.
 
Probably 2-3 times per week... I think everybody's EQ tells them when it's too much. Gotta be careful with clamping for sure
 
I did some clamping a few years ago, i padded a cable clamp with that foam material for foot blisters, dr. Scholls or something, it worked pretty well.
I didn't mean erect clamping, I just meant after a bathmate session, to keep the expansion as long as possible. Cheers

I think clamping is good if used in the healing process and little room for jury. Where I think it to be a danger is when it is used with exercise with little experience.
 
Used to do this with my air pump, but since I'm new to the bathmate I just take it easy for the time being. Really good idea king high-five. Today on the last bathmate set i could feel my cock take the vacuum full-on its great, and it left me sore XD.

No rush, take your time and learn all you can. Increase intensity as you feel ready. Once you are 100% use the SRT routine (5x5x3)

There is no better feeling. Besides using ur fatty on a lady of course :)

I'm getting more savy with the device everyday bro. I haven't upped the vacuum to full-mongol just yet, but today I was alot more comfortable during my sets. Saw massive expansion with little fluid. Had I done as much with my air pump I'd have fluid for everybody for a week XD.
 
I do actually the opposite of this, I start low time, low pressure and work my way up in pressure and time. It's also very effective for me.
