All my length gains have come from constricted jelqs. I dont know if I want to jelq anymore because I'm getting a really bad turkey neck.

Do you guys use effective length routines. If so what are they? Also interestingly did u use jelqs in your routine?

Would really apprieiate some advise

Stretching sure as hell has worked for me. But my turkey neck is much more pronounced now than it was when I was just jelqing. I don't think you can avoid it--if you're stretching your skin to get a bigger dick--no other way that I know of--you're going to get a turkey neck. It goes with the territory.
 
I do the regular stretches in all directions around the clock--at eight different points. I hold each one for twenty seconds--then I pull as hard as I can for two to five seconds at the end of each stretch.

Then I do DLD's double tunica stretch, again at the eight different angles.

These are very intense and not for newbies--but this is a great routine to follow when your cock is fully conditioned.
