Sup DLD since you seem to be around more let me ask you this. You often attribute your hefty PC routine to your gains and success. As I have been doing more hardcore girth work outs I am starting to realize this as being able to flex the PC long and hard would have tons of advantages. So basically i was wondering what was your hardcore PC routine that you did or do to have one of the best PCs there is.

Also as far as girth I found it hard to gain. Giving my penis rest days inbetween and such never seem to did anything, so for the past couple months I have been blasting the hell out of my dick. not giving many rest days or a chance to breath. The thing Ive been trying to decide though is when my dick is soft, and not as strong as it normally feels is this the time to really go at it and break more of teh tissue down or should i give it a rest.

My PC routine is as follows:
100 quick Kegel squeezes

50 of the following:
Squeeze your PC muscle as hard as you can, hold for 5 seconds then slowly release for 2 seconds. When you have finished the 50 your PC muscle will be screaming. This is a good sign. Now to finish the exercise start squeezing and hold for 1 minute, if you get tired squeeze harder until the minute is complete.

I like this as I can do it anywhere and once it is set to habit you will find yourself doing them constantly. I used to do them during my travel time in the car.

My saving grace in girth, which was very difficult for me in my first 6 months, was completely erect exercise. Pushing my penis beyond the 100% mark, constantly, gave my penis no choice but to grow. My stand on rest days has always been none. I never saw the penis as something that needed time off unless I was injured or psychologically in need of a rest. Psychologically, at times, I need to back off from Penis Enlargement and re-evaluate my routine, exercises and mental attitude but this is a rarity. I have been taking some time off recently to give my penis a genuine "virginity" to Penis Enlargement as I want to thoroughly test the newest routine I have developed for ALPHA+BLADE.
