DLD newbie routine results

With that girth I wouldn’t worry too much a couple jelq sessions a week will keep you at six or a bit more. As directed best thing for length is the Lengthmaster
My plan is to take ALL the gains possible from this routine and only then going for the Lengthmaster. I want to gain 1 and a half to two inches on this routine.

My original question was how much do you think i can realistically gain on this routine ? With a good diet,sleep, proggressing to 5/6/7 days a week and then maybe even twice a day. I want to literally take all the gains from this program ( mostly length because im starting with 6 inches of girth anyways) and then going for the SRT. What do you think is the absolute max i can gain on this routine before going to srt. Maybe be for a full year ?

You can go as long as you continue to gain. The only time to change a routine is when you plateau and gains stop. How much can you gain using the routine you’re doing now with extra work? Well I can only go by my own gains and I made a 2 inch gain in six months. This was doing the Newbie routine twice a day.
 
i think if you just stretch for the 6 months and not measure, have the right determination and visualisation you will gain more. Let your body show you the signs instead of a ruler, like DLD always says just do the work and expect the gains. That Is what i am doing if he did 600 do 1200 because you never know if that extra 600 could give you that extra quarter inch of girth if her did 2 sets of stretching do four maybe those two stretches extra could give you 2 inches instead of 1 you never know. BUT ALWAYS REMEMBER LISTEN TO YOUR BODY AND GO SLOWLY UNTIL YOU CAN HANDLE.

I went from 19 to a little more than 23 cm BPFSL ( havent measured BPEL because im a recovering ���� addict) I started at 18.5 BPEL and went to 19.5 (after that i havent measured). But from 19 to a little more than 23 cm in BPFSL is amazing. Im almost growing weekly. What the fuck ? LOL I love you guys and i really hope i get to 23 cm (9 inches) in BPEL then i'll just cement the gains and do a maintenance routine 2/3 times a week. I started doing the routine 7 days stretching 5 days jelqing, then 7 days a week the full routine, then 7 days a week twice a day stretching, then 7 days a week 3 times a day, this month im doing it 3 times a day but im holding for 4 sets instead of 3 (which actually makes the volume of 4 times a day) i'll progress to doing it 3 times a day but for 6 sets which equals the volume of doing the stretching actually 6 times a day. LOL If i have reached my goal size of 23 cm BPEL then i'd just stretch 3 times a week to cement the gains but i'd jelq at least 3/5 times a week since i just fucking love it. I started with 6 inch girth so i dont really want to get a lot bigger, probably 6.5 at most. I just wanted to let you know guys that i fucking love you all LOL All my friends think im a crazy motherfucker btw and they are right. I am crazy and i enjoy it LOL

We love you too my brother and believe me the brotherhood loves hearing about the gains you’re making. I too am a recovering ���� addict, I will come quite a ways since I started and I can tell you it’s the best thing I’ve ever done. It’s very rare that look at that stuff any longer and when I do I can’t stand myself. So welcome to the brotherhood him know that you have a friend here who can empathize and sympathize with you.

for 20 days i have grown another 0.4 CM in BPFSL LOL My BPFSL is growing like crazy im almost 23.5 right now. Now im doing the newbie routine 4 times a day i'll progress to doing it 6 times a day and i hope i would have achieved my goals by that time. DLD, Will i be able to cement those gains if after i have reached my goals i continue doing the routine 7 days a week but just once a day for 6 months and then doing it 3 times a week for another 6 months (stretching). (i will continue doing kegels every day and jelqing 3 times a week to the rest of my life.) ? Thank you guys LOL you are amazing

First of all congratulations on the amazing progress you’re making. Once you get to the goal you desire you could do a few things to cement it. You could work through to another half-inch pastor goal and then you will settle into your goal size. But the best thing to do is maintenance. Once you got to the size you desire you want to maintain that and you want to maintain your basic penile health I suggest training once or twice a week.

Thank you but my question was if im doing it 6 times a day when i reach my goal. If i start doing it just once a day for 6 months and then 3 times a day for another 6 months and for some reason i stop doing it. Will i lose my gains ? Is this enough to cement them ? (I'll still stretch once or twice a week,kegel every day and jelq at least 3 times a week) but im just asking about how to cement them so i can keep the gains forever even if stopped doing it completely
 
I understand you. No you will not lose those gains at all.
